A: After registered, you can review any profiles and click on any of the “Donate”, “Make a donation”, “Donate now” buttons placed at the profile of any beneficiary organizations and/or individuals with disabilities to make a donation. You will then be directed to the review page that summarizes your donation list. You can change, update, remove any item of the list and then click “Next” to get to our payment gateway page to complete your online money transaction using applicable credit or debit cards.
Our system will automatically distribute donations according to your chosen designations, with our scrutinized monitoring and cross check system amongst EMW, VTV, and VRC.

Q? How could I send an in-kind- gift?
A: If you would like to send in-kind gifts like wheelchairs, computers, etc., please contact us and we will work out together with you on where your donation can go to make the greatest impact. Please contact us for more information.
Q? If I want to make a donation, but don’t really know which organization or province is in the most need, what can I do?
A: If you want to help the people with disabilities in Vietnam and don’t know where to give, please give LIB campaign a “general support” (by selecting “LIB general” in your donation designation), we will channel your donation to where the donation can make the greatest impact. If you want to discuss further on the use of your donation, please contact us.
Q? If I want to donate directly to an individual beneficiary, will my donation be transferred fully to him/her?
A: If you want to help a person with disability in need, you can just click on “donate” button placed on his/her profile to donate to the organization or provincial Red Cross that support him/her. The organization/provincial Red Cross will make sure that your donation will be best used to help that individual through their sustainable and impactful program.
Q? Can I review my account information online?
A: If you have created an online account with LIB, you can review your account information at anytime you are online. You will first need to sign in using your email address and password that you signed up with. If you have not created your online account, please sign up now. If you forget your username and password, please click “Forgot your username” for assistance.
Q? My online account doesn't show all my past contributions. What do I do?
A: All of your successful donation will appear on your account “My donation history” when you log in. If you do not see a past contribution, please inform us right away.

A: In any situation where you find a suspicious email purporting to come from LIB, do not disclose your confidential information. Please inform us immediately to prevent any potential risk.
