Vu Huyen Diu, Lai Chau
Vu Huyen Diu was born in 2008 in Lai Chau province to young and hopeful parents. When little Diu was born with a heart disease, these hopes were all but destroyed.
Fortunately, with the help "Operation Healthy Heart", her condition was sucessfully treated. However, at only 80USD per month, her parent's salary is scarcely enough to maintina the medical upkeep of her condition. It is so important for her to receive proper nutrition in order to continue healing from her disease, but her parents are struggling to put food on the table. They can earn more money if they invest in breeding animals instead of only growing rice. They are in need of 350 USD to purchase 5 or 6 pigs.
