Living in Binh Duong province with her parents is 6-year-old girl Le Hoang Gia Tue, who was born with cerebral palsy. This brave little girl struggles with the effects of her condition every day and unlike other children her age, is completely dependent on her parents for all of her daily needs. As her mother must care for her 24 hours a day and unable to work, her father must support the three of them with about 100USD per month.
